Justina Mikulskytė (born 6 February 1996) is a Lithuanian tennis player.

Mikulskytė has won six singles titles and 21 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. On 9 September 2024, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 206, and on 4 November 2024, she peaked at No. 151 in the WTA doubles rankings.

Playing for Lithuania Fed Cup team, Mikulskytė has an overall win–loss record of 24–16 (doubles 12–6), as of July 2024.
