Kanaw Bug is a village in Hsawlaw Township in Chipwi District in the Kachin State of north-eastern Burma. Kanaw Bug village is the village where the Cao Zang family ruled. The descendants of Cao Zang family (7) descendants ruled as landowners. Kanaw Bug Village In 1972, due to Burma's civil war, the landowner Cao Zang family temporarily fled to Waingmaw Township Maingnar Village.
