Katlang (Pashto: کاټلنګ pronounced, Urdu: کاٹلنگ pronounced) is a tehsil located in the Mardan District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Situated 19 kilometres (12 mi) north of Mardan, the tehsil had a population of 343,144 as of the 2017 census.

The Katlang region contains significant deposits of pink topaz, with estimates ranging from 70,000 to 9,000,000 carats. Both the Katlang topaz and the Mingora emerald command prices exceeding 20,000 rupees per carat.
