Kaya (Russian: Кая; Lak: Чӏяйми) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Kayalinsky Selsoviet, Kulinsky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The population was 577 as of 2010. There are 11 streets.
