Togolese politician
Kossiwa Monsila was a Togolese politician. She was one of six women elected to the Parliament of Togo in 1979 ; the others were Abra Amedomé , Cheffi Meatchi , Essohana Péré , Zinabou Touré , and Adjoavi Trenou .
