Background

In an interview with OkayAfrica, Oxlade shared that "Ku Lo Sa" emerged during a particularly challenging period in his life. He recorded the song just two days after a personal setback, uncertain of how the performance would resonate. Originally intended as a single following his track "Want You," the song found a broader audience through his collaboration with COLORS Studios, where it quickly gained viral traction. This unforeseen momentum marked a defining moment for Oxlade, aligning with his growing success and establishing "Ku Lo Sa" as a breakthrough track on the global stage.
