Kuik (Persian: کوئیک) is a village in Dasht-e Zahab Rural District of Dasht-e Zahab District, Sarpol-e Zahab County, Kermanshah province, Iran, serving as capital of the district. The village is the merger of the villages of Kuik-e Azizi Amin, Kuik-e Hasan, Kuik-e Mahmud, and Kuik-e Majid.
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the population (as the total of its constituent villages before their merger) was 1,683 in 328 households. The following census in 2011 counted 1,733 people in 429 households. The 2016 census measured the population as 1,754 people in 464 households.
After the census, the villages merged to create the new village of Kuik.
