Kyrönjoki (Swedish: Kyro älv) is a river of Finland. It is located in Southern Ostrobothnia region and flows into the Gulf of Bothnia.

By the river is the Nikkola and Pirilä riverside settlement, that is a cultural heritage site of national significance.
