Lepidoblepharis microlepis is a species of gecko, a lizard in the family Sphaerodactylidae. The species is endemic to Colombia.

Geographic range

L. microlepis is found in Valle del Cauca Department, Colombia.

Reproduction

L. microlepis is oviparous.
