This list comprises State Protected Monuments officially reported by and available through the website of the Archaeological Survey of India in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The monument identifier is a combination of the subdivision abbreviation (state, ASI circle) and the numbering as published on the ASI website. The ASI has recognized 86 State Protected Monuments in Tamil Nadu. Additionally, the Monuments of National Importance in this state may also be of relevance.
