Notes

  1. Under the 2008 Climate Change Act the UK Government must publish a UK-wide Climate Change Risk Assessment (CCRA) every five years.
  2. A target is "science-based" if it is in line with the scale of reductions needed to keep the global temperature increase below 2°C above pre-industrial temperatures.
