Luis Noel Toomey (born 1 July 2001) is a New Zealand professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for A-League club Auckland FC.
Club career
Toomey signed for Auckland FC on 20 June 2024 for their inaugural season. On 2 November 2024, Toomey made his A-League Men and professional debut as a late substitute in a match against former club Wellington Phoenix. Toomey provided a late assist to Jake Brimmer as his Auckland side won 2–0.
International career
On 16 August 2023, Toomey was named in the New Zealand U23 for the Olympic qualifiers. He scored on his debut on 30 August 2023 against Fiji. Toomey was named as a non-travelling reseverve for the Olympics on 10 July 2024. On 23 July 2024 Toomey was named as an alternate player after Riley Bidois was injured and replaced by Lachlan Bayliss.
