Mac Grealy (born 6 March 2002) is an Australian rugby union player who plays for the Western Force in the Super Rugby competition. He previously played for the Queensland Reds in the same competition. He signed a two year contract with the Force in October 2024. His playing position is wing or fullback.

Grealy was named in the Reds squad for the 2021 Super Rugby AU season. He made his debut for the Reds in Round 4 of the Super Rugby Trans-Tasman competition against the Blues, starting at fullback as a late replacement for Bryce Hegarty.
