Sheikh Yusuf Ali (1950 – 5 November 2023) was a Nigerian Kano Islamic cleric. He was a member of the Islamic Sufi group known as the Tijaniyyah in Nigeria.

Ali was also an Upper Shari'a Court judge, and director of the court in 1974.

Early life

Ali was born in Juma Maƙera in Gaya Town, Kano, Northern Region, Nigeria. He was born in the year 1950.

Death

Ali died on 5 November 2023, at the age of 73. He was buried at his house in Tudun maliki Quarters Kano.
