Manuelle Oudar (born July 5, 1963) is a Canadian Senator and lawyer. She was appointed to the Senate on February 13, 2024, on the recommendation of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. At the time of her appointment, Oudar was president and CEO of the Quebec government's Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail which administers Quebec's occupational health and safety legislation.

She had previously had several positions in the Quebec public service, including as deputy minister in Quebec's Ministry of Labour and assistant deputy minister in the Ministry of Education.

Oudar holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Université Laval.
