Martha Palafox Gutiérrez (23 February 1949 – 17 March 2022) was a Mexican politician affiliated with the Labor Party.

She served as a senator during the 62nd Congress (2012–2015) representing Tlaxcala. She also served as deputy of the Chamber of Deputies during the 57th Congress (1997–2000), representing Tlaxcala's third district, and during the 59th Congress (2003–2006), as a plurinominal deputy.
