Michael Foley (born January 12, 1999) is a Canadian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Toronto Hustle. He rode in the men's team pursuit event at the 2018 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. He qualified to represent Canada at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
