Micromidia is a genus of dragonflies in the superfamily Libelluloidea. They are small to medium-sized dragonflies, coloured black or metallic green with pale markings, and endemic to eastern Australia.

The genus Micromidia includes the following species:

Taxonomy

Recent taxonomic research could not assign the genus Micromidia to any family and it was placed incertae sedis within the superfamily Libelluloidea.

Prior to this, Micromidia had been considered to be part of one of several families: Austrocorduliidae, Synthemistidae or Corduliidae.
