NA-45 (Tribal Area-VI) (Urdu: این اے-۳۸، قباَئلی علاقہ-۳) is a constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan comprising mainly Lower Kurram Subdivision and Central Kurram Subdivision of Kurram District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
