Nirjhar Pratapgarhi is an Indian poet of Awadhi as well Hindi language and archaeologist from Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. His real name is Rajesh Pandey.

He is the founder of India's first village museum, Ajgra Sangrahalay, in Raniganj tehsil, Pratapgarh district.
