Prunus cathybrownae is an extinct species of cherry relative in the family Rosaceae. It is known from eight fossil flowers found in the Okanagan Highlands of Washington state. All of the flowers had no petals, suggesting they were dropped during anthesis, as is common with modern members of Prunus.
