Punjwarian (Urdu: پنجوڑیاں) is a village of Kharian city, in Gujrat District of Pakistan's Punjab province. The village is about 12 km from the main Kharian city. It is located near Kharian Cantonment. The village residents mainly belong to the Awan tribe.

Language

As per national census of 1998, Punjabi is the main language of 94% of the Punjwarian population. Urdu, the national language, is spoken widely while English spoken by educated elite.
