Rajat Bedi is an Indo-Canadian actor and producer, who primarily appears in Hindi cinema. He is best known for portraying Raj Saxena in the film Koi... Mil Gaya (2003).
Personal life
Bedi was born on October 23, 1970, in Mumbai, India. He is the son of filmmaker Narendra Bedi, grandson of writer Rajendra Bedi, and brother of actor Manek Bedi. He is married to actress Monalisa Bedi (sister of actress Tulip Joshi), and they have two children, Vivaan and Vera.
Career
Bedi began his acting career in the early 1990s, appearing in films such as 2001: Dobara (1998) and Karan Arjun (1995). He also starred in the television series Humrahi (1993–1996). However, his breakthrough role came in 2003 with the science fiction film Koi... Mil Gaya, in which he played an antagonist to a young man who befriends an alien. The film was a critical and commercial success, and Bedi's performance was praised by critics.
Bedi has since appeared in over 40 films, including Rakht (2004), Khamoshh... Khauff Ki Raat (2005) and Rocky - The Rebel (2006). He has also starred in several television series, including Kasautii Zindagii Kay (2002–2008) and Aahat (2006–2007).
Bedi is a versatile actor who is known for his action, comedy, and drama roles. He is also a fitness enthusiast and often shares his workout tips on social media.
