Rashid Ahmad bin Fahad (Arabic: رَاشِـد أَحْـمَـد مُـحَـمَّـد بِـن فَـهَـد) was born in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, in 1964. He was the Minister of Environment & Water from February 2008 to February 2016.
