The process of ROC filing for Pvt Ltd company includes submitting periodic updates and returns to the Registrar of Companies, a crucial step for maintaining good standing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
Failing to comply with these requirements, such as non-filing of annual return with ROC, can lead to penalties, disqualification of directors, and even the potential for company deregistration.
