Richard Edwards was a fashion design company in operation from 1993 to 2002. It was based in New York City.

It was founded by Richard Bengtsson and Edward Pavlick. They focused on menswear before subsequently launching a women's collection as well. In 2001, Harper's Bazaar reported that their mission was to create "laid-back, luxurious clothes that combine menswear quality with a feminine flourish".

In 1995 they won the Council of Fashion Designers of America's (CFDA) Perry Ellis award for best new menswear.
