Ritassya Wellgreat Waynands (born 30 April 2001) or known as Cia is an Indonesian model, accountant and beauty pageant title holder. She is known for her participation in the Puteri Indonesia 2019 representing the Bangka Belitung Province. In 2023 she took part in the Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2023 beauty contest and was named the winner.
