Rudolf Hajek (born 18 August 1963) is an Austrian para table tennis player. He represented Austria at the Summer Paralympics in 1988, 1992, 1996 and 2004. In total, he won three gold medals and one silver medal.
At the 1996 Summer Paralympics held in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, he won the silver medal in the men's team 1-2 event together with Gerhard Scharf.
