Seyqalvandan (Persian: صيقل وندان, also Romanized as Şeyqalvandān) is a village in Tulem Rural District, Tulem District, Sowme'eh Sara County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 615, in 168 families.
