Skyphone - from the Skyphone retreat @ Hotell Hildur, Everöd, Sweden

Skyphone is a Danish electronica trio consisting of Mads Bødker, Keld Dam Schmidt, and Thomas Holst.

History

Skyphone released their first album, Fabula, in 2004 on the Norwegian label Rune Grammofon. That year they were nominated for "best band" at the Danish Steppeulv awards.

A 55 minute concert recorded at Norbergfestival was broadcast by Sveriges Radio in 2005. In 2008, Skyphone released their second album Avellaneda. In 2019 the band released two new albums, Hildur and Marsh Drones, on the US label Lost Tribe Sound.
