- Macedonian literature
- Polish literature
- Montenegrin literature
- Russian literature
- Serbian literature
- Slovak literature
- Slovene literature
- Sorbian literature
- Ukrainian literature
Outside the Russian literature and to an extent Serbian literature, Slavic literature has been described as generally neglected in English literature studies and reference works.
