20 heures is the most viewed TV news show in France, and Etienne was the main host for two years. He was also the main correspondent for France 2 (a very much viewed TV station in France) in London and Washington for several years.
He is by these achievements a prominent French TV journalist, and therefore meets the notability guidelines.
