There is something very wrong with this article. It starts: "Örby is a town in Uppsala (county) in Sweden.". All links lead to Örby in Stockholm Municipality. I have to check the facts before I change the article. --Muniswede (talk) 19:28, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

There is a place Örby near Uppsala located at the coordinates in the article according to google earth. At 59,272° N, 18,027° E (within sthml) "Örby slottsväg", "Örbyleden" and so on is located (google earth). None of them seems to be a tätort or småort.
National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency gives four Örby in Sweden:
  • Stockholms Län - 59° 16' 00" N 018° 01' 00" E - section of populated place (same as above)
  • Uppsala Län - 59° 56' 00" N 017° 49' 00" E - populated place (same as above)
  • Västra Götaland - 57° 29' 00" N 012° 42' 00" E - populated place
  • Skåne Län - 55° 59' 00" N 012° 47' 00" E - populated place
I don't know if the pop. 5430 is for the Örby in Uppsala but Erik Johansson was born in Uppsala according to that article. --Skizzik 22:30, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
For the Örby in Uppsala Municipality this pop. figure is toatally impossible. The Örby in Stockholm Municipality has a pop. of 4,720, but is integrated in the larger Stockholm urban area. The Västra Götaland Örby is a part of Kinna, the seat of Mark Municipality. The area has about 2,000 inh. Something must have been very much mixed up. Örby in Scania (] is very rural as has certainly not 5,000 inh. --Muniswede (talk) 21:04, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
The links to other languages have been removed as they lead to another Örby. This place is only mention in the English version. --Muniswede (talk) 21:18, 21 June 2008 (UTC)
