TeXet is a Russian manufacturer of consumer electronics, based in Saint Petersburg. It is owned by Electronic Systems Alkotel.

Usually, the company launches its products in Eastern Europe (Russia to be more specific) but there's no reason why the new Textet X-Pad Style 7.1 3G would not have a life in other parts of the world as well.
