Telmatobius brevirostris is a species of frog in the family Telmatobiidae. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are moist montane forest ("cloud forest"), high-altitude shrubland, and rivers. It does not occur in cultivated areas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
