Teresa Ann Jude O'Neill, Baroness O'Neill of Bexley, OBE (born 18 July 1961) is a British Conservative Party politician, leader of Bexley London Borough Council, co-president of London Councils and Deputy Chair of the Local Government Association.
In the 2022 Special Honours, it was announced that she would receive a life peerage. On 7 November 2022, she was created Baroness O'Neill of Bexley, of Crook Log in the London Borough of Bexley.
Born to David O'Neill and Bridget (Breeda) O'Neill in Camberwell, south London, Teresa had a career in finance before becoming a councillor in Bexley in 1998. She has been leader of the council since 2008.
