Four UN Security Council Resolutions have been passed during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. These resolutions have not invoked Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter.

874 Reaffirms sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Azerbaijani Republic and of all other States in the region; calls for the preservation of the ceasefire, cessation of hostilities and withdrawal of forces from recently occupied districts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and reaffirms UN Resolutions 822 and 853. Reiterates again its full support for the peace process being pursued within the framework of the CSCE, and calls for the acceptance of the OSCE's "Adjusted Timetable of Urgent Steps".
