Umranala or Ekalbihari is a small town in Mohkhed tehsil of Chhindwara District of Madhya Pradesh. It has its own railway station.
Geographics
Umranala is located on Nagpur Chhindwara road. Its stands in the Satpura Range. The Umra River flows near the town.
Population
As of the 2011 census, Umranala had a population of 7,777, of which 3,884 were males and 3,893 were females. A total of 1,777 families resided in the town. In 2011 the literacy rate was 84.32%.
