My Goals For Misplaced Pages: Completeness and correctness in physics and math categories with qualifications below. These categories are broad and by constraints, my efforts will start small in very specific areas. But, lasting positive change usually occurs incrementally. Of course, there are revolutions and we must see whether physics is truly ready for one. I am being deliberately ambiguous, not because my ideas are ambiguous, but because of Misplaced Pages's intents and my efforts to constrain myself to those. The other common use for the Greek letter delta is to denote uncertainty. This concept permeates society, at many different levels, in many different ways. One of my goals in life is to minimize uncertainty with respect to lasting positive change, in human society. We will see if my vision takes hold. addendum: 24/NOV/2008 after 25 years, i finally found a researcher who is investigating elementary particles as elastic deformations in space-time - paralleling my own developments but much more formally. he may claim to be doing otherwise, but his work is Foundational in this realm. his name is Markus Lazar and you can find his papers at arXiv by clicking on his name. we are not associated in any way - so please do not tarnish his image by linking him with me. (i encountered this issue with a french associate who objected to my use of the word 'associate'.) i have recommended developing decisive tests to him and await his reply.. if his ideas survive the test of time and come to be recognized as central to the unification issue in physics, my work here will be largely done (at least in the physics realm) .. you can find some of my work at: temporal curvature and N and Omega. my name is salvatore gerard micheal / sam iam and i sincerely wish you a happy thanksgiving and merry christmas.

that update was written about two years ago and some interesting developments have occurred since then .. Markus Lazar has completed his work in the sense of integrating Higgs into his framework .. the Royal Society has embraced him (by publishing his work) .. during that time, i have discovered quite independently: spacelet theory (equivalent to his dislocation theory - but not formally developed like his), temporal relativity (equivalent to general but minus Lense-Thirring), and more deeply - a model which mimics Feynman's QED (a real particle scheme which mimics his virtual particle scheme). in the process, i have disturbingly developed a 'proof of God's existence' (the iam conjecture) which is a scientific proof based on QED. very Disturbing and Wonderful. as my buddy Pat Condell likes to say "Peace!" (btw, my nickname for him is "the Truth!")&Delta (talk) 16:53, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
