Κωνσταντίνος Φωστηρόπουλος

Recently, I discovered that in Misplaced Pages some discussion on my early scientific works (1989-1992) has come up again. From the beginning of this decade (2010s) in many WP articles (as well as in other media) about my work on the first synthesis of fullerene C60 more and more authors refer to me personally. Many thanks for that. Therefore, I have decided after so many years to interfere inτο the discussion as one of the few insiders, and concerning my personal contribution to the field even as the only one.

My first action was to create User:Φως and complete existing WP articles or to correct possible imprecisions. As a second step I have prepared a biography and after having consulted Misplaced Pages User:JakobVoss I will post it in due course. Jakob has been Misplaced Pages administrator and member of the board of Wikimedia Germany. He gave me valuable advice on the format and content of WP biographies. I appreciate his input very much and that he encouraged me first to create my user page, introduce myself there, and then post Konstantinos Fostiropoulos.
