Greetings
I like your name and tatse in music. I also respect what you are going through seeing as how many of your logos have been removed. I, too, have uploaded many many logos only to have them removed now. What do you think about this whole logo debate? Blizzard Beast 22:08, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
- Alright, good luck. If you ever need my help with anything let me know. I wouldn't worry too much about having the logos backed up, though. Metal-archives.com is my best friend for logos. They have everything. Blizzard Beast 23:00, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

Ukases of 1799 and 1821
Hi; "met you" at the Canadian crisis page, by your username I was expecting an Icelander and found a Siberian instead LOL....in another topic area entirely I've been trying to research, and also procrastinating on writing, articles on the Ukase of 1799 and the Ukase or 1821, which are background to the Alaska boundary dispute and related articles...I don't know what your other interests are, but your native Russian would be a great aid to finding research on these items, or maybe writing a Russian-language article for each which could then be translated to English as an interwiki - ? - msot of what's in English about them concerns the Russian America boundary, although I know that both had religious clauses, some relating to the rights of the Orthodox Church in Russian America, but there were hundreds of clauses, maybe most not to do with Russian America at all. Do you know anything about all this, or am I barkign up the wrong tree? If you don't know about Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Russian history there's the link for it....if it's of interest to you that is. I see you're into Babylon 5, which I used to watch all the time, and while I'm not exactly a metal player you might like some of my tracks on http://www.myspace.com/tamanasshiyu.....Skookum1 (talk) 15:08, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

It's nice they signed with InsideOut, but our article on them provides no evidence that is a notable label. Can you back up it's a notable label? - Mgm| 09:33, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
- They say they've signed them, but there's no sources in that article. Since I don't know if either Beardfish or the label is notable, I can't use one to verify the other. - Mgm| 11:24, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

Question
Hey there, can I ask what you think of this? {{Falsification of history}} --Russavia 16:38, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
- I agree with the comment about making things more comprehensive and that NPOV, etc is not within what people are doing. It does make it hard though when other editors come along, because then they are made out as the POV-pushers, instead of the other way around. The title itself is reason enough to take it to TfD I think. Anyway, thanks for replying on my talk page, I've closed that discussion, I have a low tolerance of boredom, etc as you may well be able to understand. --Russavia 15:21, 11 April 2009 (UTC)

- ...point of this comment being—which Listvyanka does Leonov come from?—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); 17:31, May 29, 2009 (UTC)
- Actually, I've just checked Leonov's article on ru_wiki, and they say it's the one in Tisulsky District. I've made the corrections accordingly (a reference still would be nice, of course). I've also converted Listvyanka into a set index, and listed all four places in Kemerovo Oblast. And no, four is not a nightmare—it's when we have two (or more!) villages by the same name in the same oblast/district/selsoviet, that's when we need to get creative to distinguish between them :)—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); 17:51, May 29, 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Sade et Masoch
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Sade et Masoch requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. DYK for Timeless Miracle
On 2 February 2012, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Timeless Miracle, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that it took almost 10 years for the Swedish power metal band Timeless Miracle to release its début album? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Orphaned non-free image File:Irond.svg
Thanks for uploading File:Irond.svg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 20:21, 5 April 2012 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Second Skin of Harlequin
The article Second Skin of Harlequin has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Album by non-notable band, see Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Illnath
While all contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
And same with one more album by Illnath Cast into Fields of Evil Pleasure.

Non-free rationale for File:Saboteurs2.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Saboteurs2.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Misplaced Pages is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Proposed deletion of File:TTC.svg

Ways to improve Stairway to Fairyland
Hi, I'm Slatersteven. СССР, thanks for creating Stairway to Fairyland!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. There is nothing here, not even for it's existence (let alone notability). I am thinking of AFDing this, you might wish to do some work on improvements.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Deletion discussion about Stairway to Fairyland
Hello, СССР,
I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Stairway to Fairyland should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Stairway to Fairyland .
If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
Thanks,

Speedy deletion nomination of Russian Congress of Canada
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Russian Congress of Canada requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://russiancongresscanada.org/manifest/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Misplaced Pages takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Misplaced Pages to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Misplaced Pages:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Misplaced Pages:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Misplaced Pages's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

Proposed deletion of Trail of the Unwary
The article Trail of the Unwary has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Does not meet WP:NALBUM
While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Rusf10 (talk) 23:30, 18 April 2021 (UTC)

Cephalanthus occidentalis is a species of flowering plant in the family Rubiaceae native to eastern and southern North America. Common names include buttonbush, common buttonbush, button-willow, buck brush, and honey-bells. It is a deciduous shrub or small tree that averages 1 to 3 m (3.3 to 9.8 ft) in height, but can reach 6 m (20 ft). The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Proposed deletion of Prizrachnyj Svet
The article Prizrachnyj Svet has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unreferenced and unimproved 15 years. Run of the mill LP without evidence of notability by a barely notable band.
While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Bearian (talk) 00:05, 20 November 2024 (UTC)

Ornge is a Canadian registered charity that provides air ambulance and associated ground transportation services for the province of Ontario, under the direction of the province's Ministry of Health. The name Ornge (pronounced orange) is based on the orange colour of the organization's aircraft and land ambulances. In 2012, the charity and its associated companies employed more than 400 people, including paramedics, pilots and aviation specialists. Ornge has its own aircraft and land ambulances, with 12 bases across Ontario. It also contracts some operations out to independent service providers.
