Taking the entire content of the Russian article, putting it through Google Translate, and then pasting it into the English article: no.

Please incorporate facts, not sentences. And include their sources.

In addition to the text being very unclear, it was totally unsourced, which we cannot accept. Please note that every Misplaced Pages; in every language, are NOT reliable sources.
