Speedy deletion nomination of Two monkeys (Theatre)

Hello Лобачев Владимир,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Two monkeys (Theatre) for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. LS1979 (talk) 09:38, 19 October 2014 (UTC)

Lithuania

I know that Ruthenian was a major language of the Grand Duchy. But to question that Lithuanian even played a role as a language of the GD?..... That would need to be sourced. I have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to OR. Gerard von Hebel (talk) 18:56, 17 September 2015 (UTC)

Lithuanian language was the official language of the principality? There are sources? --Лобачев Владимир (talk) 19:09, 17 September 2015 (UTC)
It's not about official languages. Those were not around at the time. It's about languages. Sources for obvious things are not necessary WP:OBVIOUS. Gerard von Hebel (talk) 19:23, 17 September 2015 (UTC)
Lithuanian was never a state language in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. --Лобачев Владимир (talk) 19:41, 17 September 2015 (UTC)
It was a language of Lithuania however. Did you read what I said above? What is your point? Please explain.Gerard von Hebel (talk)!
It says "common languages". Do you understand what that means? It doesn't show from the above conversation. It doesn't mean what you say. Gerard von Hebel (talk) 20:34, 17 September 2015 (UTC)
Are you seriously saying that we need a fact tag to say in the article that Lithuanian was one of the "common languages" of that polity? Gerard von Hebel (talk) 21:01, 17 September 2015 (UTC)

This is nonsense. I made it in to an wp:rfc. See the talk page of the article Talk:Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Gerard von Hebel (talk) 21:49, 17 September 2015 (UTC)

The text there is now: Should there really be a fact tag, asking for a source whether Lithuanian was a common language in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania? This was added by user:Лобачев Владимир. For me I think this is a misunderstood consequence of a Litvinist edition by an editor who may not understand the difference between an official language or a language actually used in a Medieval polity. Gerard von Hebel (talk) 23:32, 17 September 2015 (UTC)

Anthem of the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic

Hi there,

I was just wondering why you undid my revision of the Anthem of the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic. As far as I can tell, I was streamlining the article and editing out some irrelevant information. If you could provide a reasonable explanation, I would happily accept it.

Thanks. -205.154.44.96 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.154.44.96 (talk) 21:05, 4 December 2017 (UTC)

Your edit to "Roman calendar"

In your edit today to "Roman calendar" part of the caption to the figure you added was indecipherable: "(III - IV c. C.E.)". Perhaps this has something to do with a date. If so, you should write it in accord with MOS:DATEFORMAT. Jc3s5h (talk) 14:58, 17 April 2018 (UTC)

Boginki vs. Boginka

Hello Лобачев Владимир My understanding is that Boginki is the plural form of Boginka. Is that incorrect?

So then we have two articles about the same topic. Per Misplaced Pages:Content forking we should have only one article per topic. Vexations (talk) 12:50, 20 April 2018 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Misplaced Pages, you may be blocked from editing. Please obtain real consensus before reverting other users redirects in Slavic mythology articles. From the edit histories it appears that your are going AGAINST consensus. Polyamorph (talk) 12:20, 22 April 2018 (UTC)

Thanks for the sources that you are providing, but it would be better if you put them into the articles and rewrite them

I thank you for all the sources that you are providing in articles' talk pages. However, the sources should be put in the articles and used to support the content of the articles. So, why don't you start using these sources to rewrite horrible articles like Supernatural beings in Slavic religion (whose title should be changed as well, since these beings do not seem "supernatural" at all, since they are innatural... "Slavic nature spirits" would go better), Rusalka, etc.?--Eckhardt Etheling (talk) 13:02, 27 April 2018 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Russian folk games

A tag has been placed on Category:Russian folk games requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. Liz 16:00, 2 March 2021 (UTC)

Moldavia

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Moldavia shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
