Vladyslav Yatsenko (Ukrainian: Владислав Яценко; born August 1983) is a British-Ukrainian entrepreneur and software engineer. He is best known as the co-founder and CTO of Revolut, the most valuable fintech company in the UK.

Born to Ukrainian parents in East Germany, Yatsenko graduated from Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University in Mykolaiv. Prior to co-founding Revolut in 2015, he worked as a software engineer for UBS, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Sabre Corporation, and Comarch. In 2022, his net worth was estimated at $1.1 billion.
