Webster Township is one of fifteen townships in Wayne County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,272 and it contained 552 housing units.
History
Webster Township was organized in 1870.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 14.94 square miles (38.7 km), of which 14.89 square miles (38.6 km) (or 99.67%) is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 km) (or 0.33%) is water. The streams of Dover Run, High Brook, Long Creek, Nail Creek, Quill Creek, Single Creek, Spike Brook, Tie Run, Web Branch, Web Creek and Webster Creek run through this township.
