Weldon Jackson (born c. 1937) is a former American football fullback for the BYU Cougars from 1956 to 1958. As a senior in 1958, he ranked among college football's leaders with an average of 6.9 yards per carry (second) and 698 rushing yards (seventh). He also tallied 605 rushing yards in 1957 and 146 yards in 1956.
