William W. Joscelyn (July 1, 1926 – December 1, 2015) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the Belknap 2nd district of the New Hampshire House of Representatives.

Life and career

Joscelyn was a postal carrier.

Joscelyn served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1990 to 1992 and again from 1998 to 2000.

Joscelyn died on December 1, 2015, at the age of 89.
