William Withers (July 12, 1864 – February 18, 1933) was an American golfer. He competed in the men's individual event at the 1904 Summer Olympics.
Withers hailed from the Lexington Golf Club in Lexington, Kentucky. Although born in Lexington, he died in Florida at the age of 68. Withers failed to qualify for the match play at the 1904 Olympic golf tournament, but managed to secure a spot in the third flight of the consolation tournament, where he was defeated in the first round.
