Yu Takenouchi (竹之内 悠, Takenouchi Yū, born (1988-09-01)1 September 1988) is a Japanese cyclist who competes in both cyclo-cross and road cycling. He won the Japanese national cyclo-cross championship five times in a row from 2011 to 2015. He represented his nation in the men's elite event at the 2016 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships in Heusden-Zolder. In 2015, he was a member of the Belgian team Veranclassic–Ekoi.
