Robbinsville is an census-designated place located within Robbinsville Township (known as Washington Township until 2007) in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States. The area is served as United States Postal Service ZIP Code 08691.

As of the United States Census, 2000, the population for ZIP Code Tabulation Area 08691 was 11,010. The population now is 14,826

Robbinsville is the site of the Trenton-Robbinsville Airport, a privately-owned, public use airport. It is also home to the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA), an organization that establishes the rules and regulations governing high school athletics in New Jersey.

The largest hindu temple outside India is being built here. The temple is built by Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha. The ground breaking ceremony is going to occur on August 21, 2010 and the expected completion time is 4 years.

In the summer of 2008, the Robbinsville Little League girl's softball team went to the Softball World Series in Portland, Oregon. The team got 2nd place.
